Spring Oil Seed Rape Comb Honey Section 🍯

Experience honey in its most authentic, unaltered form. Our uncut and raw spring honeycomb remains nestled within it's original wooden section frame, exactly as the bees built and capped it.

Serving Suggestions:

🧀 Charcuterie & Cheese Board - cut a generous chunk of the comb and place it at the center of a cheese board. It pairs exceptionally well with sharp, salty cheeses like mature Cheddar, tangy goat's cheese or creamy blue cheese. The contrast of salty, creamy, and sweet is unmatched.

🥖 Warm Toast & Crumpets - slice a piece of the honeycomb and press it onto hot, buttered toast, crumpets or fresh sourdough. The warmth will slightly soften the beeswax, releasing the smooth honey within.

Please note: Oilseed rape honey naturally crystallises very quickly due to it's high glucose content. The honey may arrive runny but will soon become set. The advantages of set honeycomb is that it is easier to slice and less messy to handle. The flavour and quality remain unchanged as the honey sets.
