Delicately floral, this 100% pure oilseed rape honey is harvested from my small apiary nestled in the peaceful countryside of rural North Yorkshire.

Due to a naturally high glucose content, this honey typically crystallises very quickly. To create a creamed honey, the honey is stirred during crystallisation to create millions of tiny crystals. The result is a smooth, spreadable honey that stays soft and creamy 🐝 

Store in a cool, dry place. Unsuitable for babies under the age of 12 months.
