Our borage honey has waves of floral and herbal notes alongside its natural sweetness and an intriguing savoury finish. Smooth and silky in consistency, it gently melts and dissipates across the tongue.

Perfect drizzled over porridge or yoghurt, stirred into tea, spread on warm toast or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.

Pure honey will crystallise over time - this is a sign of its quality. Stand the jar in warm water to re-liquify. Store in a cool, dry place. Unsuitable for babies under the age of 12 months.
