North Yorkshire Spring Set Honey (340g)

Delicately floral, this 100% pure spring honey is harvested from my small apiary nestled in the peaceful countryside of rural North Yorkshire. This batch was manually extracted in early June capturing the fresh, light flavours of spring blossom and wild forage. Unprocessed and unpasteurised, it’s honey as nature intended – sustainably harvested and free from additives or blending.

Perfect for spreading over toasted crumpets, stirring into porridge or sweetening tea, this honey offers a true taste of the North Yorkshire landscape.

Please note this honey is set. To re-liquify, stand in warm water for about an hour or until soft. Do not exceed 40°C.

Store in a cool, dry place. 

Unsuitable for babies under the age of 12 months.
